Since 1990, Jolyn C. Wilkins has been serving clients seeking family law representation from a skilled attorney.  She assists individuals with divorce, child support, custody and visitation, and is very active in the collaborative law process. Ms. Wilkins is also engaged in the alternative dispute resolution process, by conducting mediation and arbitration sessions.  In addition to family law cases, Ms. Wilkins also represents client in matters of probate and estate administration, trusts, wills, and elder law.  She is a Board Certified Family Law Specialist having been certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.  She is one of only two Lubbock attorneys who are Family Law Specialists.  In 1994, Ms. Wilkins was voted "Outstanding Young Lawyer" by the Lubbock County Bar Association.  She is admitted to practice in Texas, the U.S. Court of Appeals 5th Circuit, and the U.S. District Court Northern District of Texas.

Ms. Wilkins is a member of the Texas Academy of Family Law Specialists, the Texas Family Law Foundation, and the Texas State Bar Association.  She is a founding member of the Lubbock County Bar Association Collaborative Law Section and is a member of the Lubbock Allied Collaborative Law Professionals.  She also belongs to the Lubbock County Bar Association, the Texas Trial Lawyers' Associations, and the South Plains Family Law Association.  Ms. Wilkins also stays active as a member of her church and the Lubbock Community.

Ms. Wilkins earned her Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University School of Law.  She also has a Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Economics from Texas Tech.  Because she handles many divorces for members of the agricultural community, Ms. Wilkins has a unique insight into the needs of farming families.
